Postage/Returns Policy

Postage is via Royal mail. For retail orders our aim is to post within 2 working days. For Wholesale orders where stock is available we also aim to post within 2 working days, but some wholesale orders that are made to order will take on average 1 to 4 weeks ( there will be a small amount of cases where it will take longer ) but we will always do our best to inform customers of estimated delivery dates for items made to order.

Small orders postage will be by royal Mail second class post . For larger orders postage will be by Royal mail recorded delivery / standard parcels . Our flat rate retail delivery price is just £1.00 for any amount of items ordered in one transaction . wholesale orders postage price will be quoted.

Returns Policy

It is your responsibility to ensure that you give us your correct contact, address and delivery details. Razorblade badges will deliver to the address you provide to us, so failure to provide the correct details may mean that your goods are sent to an incorrect address.

You can review the details you have provided us at account registration, order confirmation and on your order confirmation email. These can also be amended for future orders in “my account” If you have processed an order with incorrect details then it is your responsibility to contact us immediately so we can amend them. If your order has already been dispatched then regrettably Razorblade Badges cannot be held responsible for the missing item.

Please see our Returns policy below for more information. We have a no hassle returns policy valid for 28 days from receipt of an item. If when you receive your order you are not happy with the item or you have just changed your mind, we advise you contact us immediately following the steps below.

Our returns procedure Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by emailing us giving us full details of why you need to return the product. If you are eligible to return an item, we will email you a returns authorisation code along with details on how and where to send your return item . Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation code. We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.

Wrap the item securely and attach the returns address label with returns code which we will have emailed you, to the front of the parcel. We advise you keep all proof of postage, and ensure the item you are returning reaches us within 28 days from the date you received your item from us. We only offer extended returns deadlines over the Christmas period. Sale/clearance items will be clearly marked prior to purchasing. We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items , so please be aware of this before ordering.

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a replacement or refund. If this case arises, in order for us to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You will need to retain all packaging and labels received with your parcel, otherwise you may invalidate any claim. In cases where items have been sent out and found to be damaged or faulty we will also refund the return postage. Often a photo of damaged goods is all that is necessary for a replacement .
